At Generations Of God Church, we are focused on providing an atmosphere where you are appreciated and loved; just as you are. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We're sure you'll be happy to fellowship with us.
Everything we do at GGCI is about bringing fullness of life to others so that Jesus gets the glory.
Serving, Saving, Adding, Discipling
Serving: We love to work in the community serving young and old, rich and poor, in any way we can. Our hope is that we will be a blessing to all the people around us. We run Food Bank every Tuesday between 6.00pm and 7.00pm.
Saving: We take every opportunity to seek God for the lost and to witness the good news to them and lead them into the Kingdom. Building friendships and serving others is a vital part of living out the gospel. Getting saved means receiving the forgiveness of God and is the start of putting God first in your life.
Adding: We believe in the local Church. Christians don’t do well if they float around without fellowship and all that Church can be for them. 1 Cor 12 talks about each member of the body being a vital organ. We want to see everyone joining a vibrant local church. To this end, we offer help to all who are newly saved or who move into our area and are looking for Church or who feel it is time to seek New Testament values in a local church.
Discipling: In the great commission, Jesus did not tell us to go and make converts, He told us to make disciples. A disciple is a follower of Jesus, an apprentice of the Master. We don’t believe that we ever stop learning; we are all disciples. We like to see the process as being our work with everyone from before they are saved right through to the day they enter glory! We offer lots of opportunity to learn more, grow in character and develop gifts and skills.
In many ways the whole community is part of the wider family which is Generations Of God Church International. As the members of the church live as salt and light, as yeast in the community, so the community is altered and the Kingdom comes on earth.
An individual may be around things of the kingdom and be learning about the kingdom and loving things of the church, well before the penny drops about their need of salvation. So that person belongs before they believe. Together, we are all caught up in God’s wonderful plans as we serve, save and get saved, add and get added and grow through discipleship.
